By car: Annies Guest House is on the A194 (Beach Road) leading from South Shields town centre to the coast. The A194 is signposted just before you reach Gateshead and Newcastle (Northbound) on all major routes into the North East. Southbound take the A19 Tyne Tunnel and follow the A194 (Beach Road.)By Metro (train) from Sunderland, Newcastle city centre and Newcastle airport: Take the South Shields (yellow) Metro line East to South Shields stop. As you exit the station head east onto King Street the main shopping area. At the end of the street there is a mini- roundabout. Turn right here then take your first left onto Beach Road.By bus: At South Shields bus station head east onto King Street the main shopping area. At the end of the street there is a mini- roundabout. Turn right here then take your first left onto Beach Road.
