The lodge is a lovely cottage located within the same premise of our main building (Roselodge House). The lodge is small but a comfy cottage with a fully fitted kitchen with cutlery and utensils, dining area and 2 bedrooms, 1 Double room, and a Twin room. There is a living room with a colour tv and sofa. Central heating controlled by guests.Wireless internet is available but the signal is fair, guests are welcomed to use our lobby in the main building to connect wirelessly during office hours (9am - 11am)Members of staff available in the reception in the main building (Roselodge House) onsite car parking with 247 CCTV system.Kitchen utensils provided along with plates.Iron with ironing board available.Bus stop is a minute walk from the Lodge. Direct link to the city centre and newcastle nightlife.Terms and ConditionsCheck in time - from 12 am to 10pmCheck out time - at 11amWe do not guarantee availability of car parking space and is subject to availbility.Late check out fee - £10 per hour past 11amEary check in fee - £10 per hour before 12 am (Please call us in advance to arrange this)You can drop your belongings off before the check in time for a small fee of £2.50 per person.SECURITY BONDWe required a bond of £150, in cash, on arrival. Bond will be held through the course of your stay, the lodge will be inspected before any bond is returned.Please be aware, card details held will be used to debit additional amount if we estimate that damages incurred surpasses £150 in value.

By Bus - From Newcastle Central StationWhen you exit the station, infront of you is a zebra crossing, cross it and walk into the opening. To your right hand side is a bus stop, walk to the stop and look through the list of bus timetables, search for buses 30 and 31, both buses stop at Benwell Lane or just outside the Crow Nest Pub. This is the name of the stop you need to get off at, kindly ask the bus driver to alert you when you reach Benwell Lane or the Crows Nest Pub.When you depart from the bus, look for a huge church like building or signs directing you to Roselodge House.
